This is our very own Charlotte. We have been mesmerized watching him/her make this web over and over again. When it is windy or when we took down the patio unbrella and broke the strand that anchored it, the spider goes around and cleans up the web by eating the whole thing and then starts creating another brand new one.
Usually the filaments are so small that they are practically invisible, but last night we had a heavy rain and this morning the fog was really dense so it left the entire web sparkling wet.
